How Serious is it if a Technician Makes a Suggestion?
Every time we go to a property it is our job to fully inspect all of it, that is our job. Our licensed technicians are trained to point out things to the owner that they should know. Just like in the auto industry there are always new things like airbags and anti-lock brakes coming out, we know all those things and inform our customers about them so they can be safer. it has to be today, we will make it today. We schedule most appointments
in two hour windows, and call 30 minutes before arrival.
